Acteurs de l’écosystème
FRENCH TECH Grande Provence
French Tech is a national collective brand. The ambition of French Tech is to generate Tech Champions, to promote French companies abroad, and to attract domestic and foreign investors. To increase its action, the government has launched a call for projects for the labelling of territories. These labelled territories commit to the carrying out of actions in order to energise the ecosystem of the sector’s innovative players, and to set up support mechanisms which will increase the number of Tech Champions in France.
Our FRENCH TECH specialises in CULTURE is supported by the Culture Tech Association, created in 2015 at the initiative of the Festival d’Avignon and several private and public players, who each possess the same vision: Creation of the first European Cultural and Digital Metropolis. We mobilise players who act to promote the creation and development of businesses in our territory.
Villa créative
In the heart of the historic city of Avignon, this ambitious project aims to energise the cultural and creative industries (CCI) sector by promoting meetings of various profiles. Open to emerging artists as well as entrepreneurs and innovators, the Creative Villa offers a stimulating environment for the emergence of innovative ideas.
Training, conferences, seminars, congresses, exhibitions, artist residencies, digital workshops… and many other cultural events are planned. In addition, thanks to its versatile spaces (three large modular studios of 110m², a high-end auditorium, a co-working space) and its brewery open to the public, this emerging hotspot will reach the cultural, educational and scientific diaries of residents and visitors for colourful and knowledgable programming.
Film Commission
The Film Commission, also called the Filming Reception Office, aims to attract and host shootings and Post-Production activities in the area. The Luberon Vaucluse Film Commission provides a free service for professionals in the Film and Audiovisual Industry. Supported by the Vaucluse Departmental Council, it pursues a mission of general interest, facilitating filming in the Department.
